Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: She wears dark leathers with embroidery, and she perpetually has her monstrous two handed axe ready. Her auburn hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Salanop wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this western man wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. His white crest is greasy and uncared for. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 6. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Sethrekar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Sethrekar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears bulky yellow painted plate armor. Her black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Purban was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He became a Soapmaker soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.
