Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dilettante but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Gorfel was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He is lean but muscular and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He keeps his orange fur in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carpenter business.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are white.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
