Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Thiala is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Thiala hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She takes great joy in being the best Carpenter in town.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. She has worked as a Carpenter like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to be a dyer again

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Rimple is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Rimple was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Beiro embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beiro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beiro. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
