Description: A middle-aged man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat, and is pretty ugly. His tied-back hair is black. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Vanuath would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vanuath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her white hair is lengthy. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.
