His father taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
