His blonde hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. His black hair is lengthy. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Zûgor hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull pastel iron scale mail, and he perpetually has his spear ready. He has no hair. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Architect like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Voice: Speaks fast with a slight lisp

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He sports a flattop crest cut. This red eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sailor business.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
