Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shivering alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion.
