History: Ernest lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Callybon is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Callybon studied abroad. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Tailor mother left her crippled. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born in the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarai. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
