History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Hobart was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
