History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kody grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kody. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Tailor; and she would like to get married and retire

History: He was born in a small plains village. Through the years after Baradad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Baradad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mercenary profession.

History: Fibblestib was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
