History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he prefers to wear white clothing when he does not wear armor. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Damien embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and further expansion of business

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Finellen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Finellen. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Veit alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Veit was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: She wears a black vest and prefers green and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
