Waywocket grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 2'8" when asserting herself. She wears her silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jo does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
