History: Valorean was born the youngest of three triplets. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, tan shirt, and pastel tie. Her gray fur is singed and shortened. Her yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a Ruler, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a brown tunic with pastel highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently the stress of being a Engraver has made it difficult for her to sleep.

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
