History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Xappan took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Thervan was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'11" when asserting herself. Her white hair is lengthy. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Nella took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want her driven away
