History: Cressel hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Tawna hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Ida was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
