History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young Dreali began to lead the lost caravan. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She carries a battered crossbow and tarnished sword as well. She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Chaedi lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Chaedi reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
