History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Nil was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Nil took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Lidda hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Interpreter.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Lavinia and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now mingles about in high society.
