Description: This man stands a little under 6'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. He has black hair. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Latbag was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Latbag decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His gold crest is unkempt and raggedy. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears a blue coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head. Her brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. She has blue eyes.
Personality: Mardnab hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has never given up on her music dream.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This slender man stands about 3'4". He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is black and curly. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Gerbo hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a interpreter and was forced into it by his family

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a fancy violet dress. She wears her silver hair down. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Williamina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Williamina. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and her religion dominates her actions
