History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kansif alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hupe grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hupe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sun grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
