History: He comes from a rich southern family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by his family
