Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Dariff is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Herleva isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. Herleva is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Her hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she loathes her own lifestyle
