History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Vassago was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He became a Apothecary soon after.

History: Nora was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ruloth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
