Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'4". He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. His hair is short and white. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Laborer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull tan iron scale mail. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His golden hair is thinning but still full. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Shipwright. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Bookbinder again.

Voice: Puts emphasis on the wrong words

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is wearing a long, violet cloak. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. Her eyes are hazel.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theirastra grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and expand her business

Ideals: Persistence. Bonds: Attractive, Job, Adventurer, Debt, Criminal record. Occupation: Fisher

Voice: Pronounces difficult words wrong

Description: She prefers to wear flannel. She carries a battered whip and tarnished kukri as well. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Voice: Speaks with lower jaw sticking out

Description: She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Portia embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Portia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has money and likes to spend it
