History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cook for the past few years.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The war was a terrible time for her, and Numba does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and an old rival family wants him found
