History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a Mayor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: Born to a Tanner, his father struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Two Llamas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cimer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Crown-heir, but he was a colossal failure. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
