History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Skoth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to protect his home

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her golden hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Bellfounder. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Fragrant was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Fragrant abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
