Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. River enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after River was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. River's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: Right-Handed is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
