Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He became a Shipwright soon after.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and expand his business

Description: This malnourished man wears violet trousers with black and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is silver and very short. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His red hair is braided into rings. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'10". She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is auburn and very short. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oolah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and she desires power and/or immortality
