History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Emen is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sailor. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sculptor born in the past three hundred years. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has achieved small success as a Sculptor.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she feels threatened by others

History: Qualen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.
