History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Anne was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Gardain hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Korfel learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and further expansion of business

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Myev was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
