Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Feng enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fisher for the past few years.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he's looking for his big break
