History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Blacksmith. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Oriff wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Oriff was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and a deep hatred of dire rats

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born into a rich family. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
