History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: An older woman who wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, she is not a threatening figure. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Althaea hails from a village terrorized by drow. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Oriff and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Roofer and was forced into it by her family; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Painter father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
