Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Fletcher profession.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He struck the Glassblower job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and balancing his hectic life and new glassblower responsibilities is difficult

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a yellow costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. She has a very tight haircut. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. She's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and further expansion of business

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a black shirt, with a tan mid length skirt with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her white hair is cut short. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing her hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears a black costume with the symbols of his god on his torso, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. He has dyed his greying scarlet crest a little too much giving a sharp scarlet color. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
