History: Percival was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Guard mother left him crippled. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
