History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her hair is auburn and very short. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Actor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a Shepherd, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Bolhild is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born in the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Bolhild's homeland. Bolhild decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trail lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and further expansion of business

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
