Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a tan vest and prefers blue and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Locksmith. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Rael began to lead the lost caravan. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Rimple was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing a long, tan cloak. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Thiala and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is greedy.
