History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Quillathe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
