History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
