Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Detective who has hired him part-time. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to get laid.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Jade was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jade decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Mastema was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mastema fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Krûk is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Krûk was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Beggar. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and someone believes him a fraud
