Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Cairn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Barber. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
