Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears violet trousers with tan and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His head has been shaved. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart.
