Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born in the west. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
