Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
