Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Laborer like her father before her.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and many orcs want her driven away

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'0". She dresses like a well dressed Farmer does. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'0". He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Kerkad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a locksmith again
