History: Helen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She uses divination through singing.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: A 3'1" western woman, she wears a red vest and prefers tan and violet shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nikki's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Broce learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
