Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is long and red with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barber who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bucklal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Painter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bucklal was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She sports a flattop crest cut. Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Priest. She tends to her Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and further expansion of business

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. Zaffrab is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Cartwright and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a worn and beaten armor, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She has no hair. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This tall, slender man sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are silver.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in the north to a Crown-heir, Paymon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business
