History: Melissa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Melissa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Melissa was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Shivering lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: She is lean but muscular and is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Prosperine hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. Prosperine enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Prosperine was born with her father's beautiful face. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Serpent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
