History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Berrian was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Glassblower. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears long strands of opal and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His black fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is greedy

Description: An older man who wears an entirely brown suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Personality: Curran speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
