Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 57. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Naivara does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Naivara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She got into the Mercenary business at a young age. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and further expansion of business

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Vonbin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Cecily was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and an old rival family wants her found

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
